were havin a tex mex night so either country will do.

im trying to find an easy mexican rice recipe, similar to what my mom made when i was growing up. I recall frying up white rice (but don’t know how long) then adding water and a tomato boullion. You can add peas and carrots if you want and then cook it. My question is: how long to fry up the rice? do i need more water once i fry it up? any help please..

For my Spanish Language and Cultures class next week, we are having a “presentation fair” where each person has her tri-fold poster board and gives a short speech about some aspect/issue of a Spanish-speaking country.

My issue is human trafficking, and others have chosen topics like traditional music, dance, or narcotics trafficking. Some girls chose to do food, so they will bring some food to share. My teacher decided everyone should bring a dish from the country they’re studying… wtf, Idk, but I need a recipe for something from Mexico.

Any/all ideas are great! Recipes are appreciated, but not needed! (I can find some)

I have a school project. I have answer questions about mexican holiday food and bring in a main dish and a dessert enough for 20-25 people. I’m really not sure what to bring in.
