pampered chef recipes

This recipe was found in a Pampered Chef catalog a few years ago. I think it was displayed with the cooling racks.

One Response to “Pampered chef recipe for peanut butter and refrigerated cookie dough using the cookie press?”

      • Christina H says:

        I sell pampered chef!

I found this recipe for you. The PC website won’t give you many recipes.

        Easy Peanut Butter Presses

        1 cup sugar

        1 egg

        1 cup creamy peanut butter

        2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped

        1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels

        1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. In *Classic Batter Bowl*, combine sugar and egg using *Classic* *Scraper*. Stir in peanut butter until completely blended.

        2. Fit *Cookie Press* with desired disk, making sure the number on the disk is facing outward, away from the dough. Using *Large Scoop*, fill cookie press with dough. Press dough onto *Rectangle Stone*, 1 inch apart.

        3. Bake 12-14 minutes or until cookies are set and light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking stone; remove to *Stackable Cooling Rack*. Cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough.

        4. Chop peanuts using *Food Chopper*. Place chocolate morsels in *Small Micro-Cooker®*; microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is melted and smooth, stirring after each 20-second interval. Drizzle chocolate over cookies; sprinkle with peanuts. Let stand until chocolate is set.

*Cook’s Tip*: To easily drizzle melted chocolate over cookies, place a small, resealable plastic food storage bag inside *Measure-All® Cup*. Pour melted chocolate into corner of bag. Twist top of bag; secure with a *Twixit! Clip*. Cut a small tip off corner of bag to allow chocolate to flow through.
