Fruit salad recipes

Looking for the recipe that you use sugar cookie dough for the crust, granny smith apples, cream cheese mixed w/peanut butter, carmel and nuts. Not sure if I have all the ingredients.

its an old fruit salad recipe i think maybe from the 1950’s does anyone know which one this one is?
you dont’ freeze it.

I know it used sugar cookie dough and cream cheese…it was kind of like a bananna split without ice cream. I think it had pieces of pineapple also..it was in a little Pampered Chef cookbook I had and can’t find anywhere
actually I found my recipe book after hours of digging:
1pkg sugar cookie dough
1pkg 8oz cream cheese
1cont 8oz cool whip
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
3/4 cup c. chips
2 bananas sliced
1 can pineapple tidbits well drained
1/2 cup strawberry ice cream topping

bake and cool cookie dough onto pizza pan
whip cream cheese and cool whip together until smooth
frost onto cool cookie, arrange sliced bananas and pineapple bits onto pizza, sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate chips then spoon strawberry topping over as desired

I used to have a recipe for this really good chicken salsa dip. It was made with cream cheese, garlic, salsa and chicken and topped with cilantro and I think black olives. In the cookbook (I believe it was in the stoneware cookbook?) it was one of those recipes that had different variations depending on what meat you used and there is not a picture of it in the cookbook. If you could help me find the exact recipe, I would really appreciate it! BTW, it is NOT the Chile Verde dip - it does not use the Pampered Chef seasonings - but that is the closest recipe I could find!
