Anyone else have any recipes?

I need some easy mexican recipes. HELP!

For my Spanish Language and Cultures class next week, we are having a “presentation fair” where each person has her tri-fold poster board and gives a short speech about some aspect/issue of a Spanish-speaking country.

My issue is human trafficking, and others have chosen topics like traditional music, dance, or narcotics trafficking. Some girls chose to do food, so they will bring some food to share. My teacher decided everyone should bring a dish from the country they’re studying… wtf, Idk, but I need a recipe for something from Mexico.

Any/all ideas are great! Recipes are appreciated, but not needed! (I can find some)

Can some one tell me some good easy recipes for Mexiacan food?

each recipe you need to tell why it was chosen, like if it was a special mexican delicacy or something.
