Am doing a soul food dinner with some friends and am looking for a knock ‘em dead fried chicken recipe. Anyone have a good one to share?
i love fried chicken, its gorgeous food. however, for the life of me, i don’t know how to make it - well Im petrified i’ll mess up the batter on the first attempt, or if i get it right, i’ll forget to add something or undercook/ over cook something …argh im petrified, you could say im a little ‘chicken’ , pardon the pun. 
I have had this before. I believe it is oven baked chicken which you serve with some type of mixture containing sour cream and diced cucumber? I would like the complete recipe if you have it! Thanks!

My sister in law would cook the best fried chicken using crushed corn flakes to coat the chicken. It was fried, not baked, but either recipe would be appreiciate. She passed away a few years ago, and unfortuately I didn’t get the recipe. I believe at one time it was on the box of corn flakes. Thank you for taking time to help me.

This hawaiian resto back home in lahaina makes this Lahaina Fried Chicken that i really love but does anybody know how to make it? it is a sweet fried crispy chicken.
I would love to have a recipe that would taste like royal farm fried chicken. My husband loves it and buys it all the time. I would like to surprise him with it. If I can find the recipe. I had the question on here before but answer wasnt what I was looking for. thanks
