Fruit salad recipes

need a recipe for coursework in GRAMS not cups!! PLZ

its an old fruit salad recipe i think maybe from the 1950’s does anyone know which one this one is?
you dont’ freeze it.

I am going to a family reniuon Saturday and last minute Steffy here hasn’t done anything for it yet. Any suggestions on a fresh fruit salad? What would I put in it? I was thinking something like watermelon, cantelope, strawberries & grapes….is that enough? What else could I use or suggestions on toppings would be great too.

I want to make a traditional fruit salad.
The kind with apple, orange, grapes, pears and cherries. The thing is I remember something about boiling the orange rinds, but I haven’t got a clue what to do next. Please help me with my fruit salad =)
